Apple iPhone 6S Plus

Finally I am changing to a new phone after 2 years of wait due to the tied up two-year contract with M1. Can't wait to bid farewell to my Samsung Note 3 after suffering under it's hand for 2 years of lousy reception and low battery lifespan. Took the Macbook out just to sync it and create a new iPhone of my own after getting my hands on it from the M1 outlet @ Bugis Junction.

Celebrating Melody's 21st Birthday

Happy 21st Birthday to Melody

We're going to the Universal Studios Singapore at Sentosa today to celebrate Melody's 21st Birthday since she have not been there before. We got ourselves the Season Pass using our Student Pass which is S$88 per pax, and that is a very good deal compared to the One Day Pass which is S$74 per pax. Well, the good deal for the Season Pass is that we enjoy 6 months of unlimited entry to the Universal Studios, and on top of that we can enjoy things like priority entry into the area for the first 3 hours of their operating hours *(10am - 12pm), and 10% discount on majority of the Food & Beverages.

Our 6-month Season Pass :)

It was all fun and screams as we took the rides in the Universal Studios that are good for children and adults of all ages. Really love the fact that although Singapore is a little small red dot in Asia, we have managed to survive the Japanese Invasion, Racial Riots, Financial Crisis, and grow to become where we are today, one of the top tourism spot in Asia ^_^ The reason why I'm saying this was because compared to the other overseas amusement parks I went to personally, I think that we really maintained our Universal Studios better and there's just so many things to do here that I don't feel bored at all.

Our first ride for the day; the Puss in Boots Giant Journey :)

I'm getting too old for roller coaster rides as I can never dare myself to step foot on them

Our delicious lunch at the Loui's Signature Pizza. Loving the cute little cupcakes

Our travel companion for the day, Xiao Xiao Brown from Line Friends ^_^

Me and the girlfriend alongside with Vin Diesel wax statue :)

After spending the enjoyable Sunday at the Universal Studios since 10am till 5pm, we are physically drained since we woke up as early as 8.30am to head down here. Even though we are leaving here, but then we're actually planning on our next visit here again, which is 2 weeks from now. I can't wait to get back here again ^_^ You Rock Universal Studios Singapore.

Every Vote Counts - Singapore GE2015

The time has come again for us Singapore Citizens to vote for the Party that we think have the capability to bring Singapore towards another 50 years down the road. In a world of uncertainty, terrorism threat, global financial crisis, global warming, and within our small little island of problems as well, we need a party of people with capabilities who are worthy of our votes, and are capable of building Singapore towards a even better nation in years to come.

The color says it all.

2D1N JB Malaysia Trip [Day 2]

Lalala I am feeling so happy today waking up to the girlfriend sleeping beside me. I want it to be like this forever :) Woke up and head down for our hotel breakfast. Surprisingly I find the breakfast to be rather delicious with alot of different food varieties to choose from ^_^ But somehow I think none of it appeals to Kelvin at all. Erm... who would compare a breakfast where you're paying peanuts for to a 4 or 5 Stars hotel?!? #Facepalm

Yeah heading down to the swimming pool for a swim together with dear while Mei Hui and Kelvin head back to their room for a nap. Lalala lalala always feel so blissful to have the girlfriend by my side as we play in the water, swim around the pool and this is where I teach dear dear how to swim :) Hehe I can't believe we overslept beyond our check out time as we hurried like an ant on a hot frying pan.

And so we walked over to Jalan Dato Sulaiman from the KSL to a massage place just beside the Holiday Plaza for a massage recommended by Mei Hui. Gosh, I can feel my legs breaking and I just couldn't stop laughing because it's so ticklish no matter how hard I try to endure. Throughout my massage I kept thinking of dear who is doing the leg massage while I am doing the Thai Massage.

Shiok shiok declicious dinner as recommended by Mei Hui as she took us to the Dim Do Restaurant at Jalan Sutera, which is near to Taman Sentosa. Just look at the photo below that I've enlarged to highlight just how delicious the food are. We ordered so many dishes to eat today. Yummy Yummy for me, the girlfriend and Mei Hui.

2D1N JB Malaysia Trip [Day 1]

Yeah, finally it's time for us to relax our body and soul for the weekends after working for the whole week. The girlfriend really need this 2 days off from the hectic life, seeing how her feet starts to get all these blisters from her having to stand through the long hours at work. Left home as soon as we can to try and beat the long queues that will definitely be forming up at the Malaysia Checkpoint as always. Sometimes I don't understand how Singapore Checkpoint can do their work fast and clear off the human traffic but somehow Malaysia Checkpoint are unable to.

Meet up with Mei Hui and well, Kelvin as we head over to our first destination for the day: 顺发肉骨茶 over at Jalan Sutera 1, or you can simply just say Taman Sentosa since it's just opposite it. Ordered quite a number of dishes today, from the 4 person portion of the Bak Kut Teh (RM48) to the Soy Sauce Chicken (RM12), Ginger & Wine Chicken (RM12), Salted Vegetables (RM3.50) and You Tiao (RM1.50). Yummy Yummy as always for me and dear but somehow it doesn't appeal to Mei Hui becos she is more towards those soups that are darker in color kind. As for Kelvin... I doubt there's much outside food that will even appeal to him though.

After our lunch we took a cab to our apartment stay over at KSL Apartment instead of the hotel that we usually stayed in. Well, within 10 minutes of check in, we realised made a wrong decision to even think of trying out the KSL apartment because it proved to be nothing more than a horror experience. First of all, the condition of the apartment was so horrible, with wires tangling from the ceiling, walls, and dusty dirty floor, and hair and dust found beside the bed. Who in the right mind will even go ahead and stay there? Well, one thing for sure, we're not going to be the stupid ones. And so with the girlfriend's determination to cancel this apartment stay, we managed to change it to the KSL hotel just beside it. So much for a first time experience!!

Our travel companions ^_^

My First Order Storm Troopers are out for a trip too hehe :p

And so after we rest our soles in the hotel room for awhile, we head down to KSL shopping mall for a walk and bought 4 movie tickets to the Inside Out movie for our program for tonight. I seriously have no clue as to why Kelvin can even suggest that he wanna be walking out there by himself and meet us thereafter just because he does not wish to watch the movie. Lucky that after much persuasion by Mei Hui, he gave in.

Yummy Yummy. The reason why I start the paragraph with that was because as I was typing, I kept thinking of the delicious 阿標雲吞面, 鲍鱼面, Lok Lok and the Ai Yu Jelly that we had for dinner over at Taman Sri Tebrau hehe. And we pretty much end the night off with the late night movie Inside Out and head back to our rooms to rest.

All of them seems so nice as I feel my fingers itching but all of them are priced so high this time round as compared to the previous release. Lalala managed to call up The Brick Shop at Serangoon Nex Mall to reserve two of the LEGO Star Wars toys since I am a member there so I will be entitled to a 10% discount ^_^

Had dinner with dear at the Food Republic over at Wisma Atria before we head over to Serangoon Nex Mall. Lalala I am a happy man today ^_^ Dear bought me the latest Lego Star Wars toys today, I am carrying a big Lego plastic bag home again ^_^
