Finally the day has arrived for me to conduct the presentation to our Agency force on the rules and regulations that they have to follow through in their line of career. Initially we were taken aback when we were told that we are the ones who had to conduct the training when we had no prior experience of such at all but with the encouragement from Clare Chua my boss and motivator, it really helps to ease the tension and prepare us for it. Honestly speaking now that it's over, I'm glad we were given the opportunity to do this.
